Lexcom's Domestic Flat Rate Plans are available to residential customers only, for voice usage placed within North Carolina and to the 48 contiguous United States. Calls to Mexico and Canada are not included in the Plan. Customers must have Lexcom Long Distance (LLD) for both IntraLATA and InterLATA Long Distance. ALL CALLS must be placed using 1 + area code + the 7-digit number to be included in the Flat Rate Plan. The Plans may not be used to place calls to Online services, Internet access services, operator calls, conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, or international calling. The plans cannot be used with call forwarding features. If Lexcom determines that usage is not consistent with typical residential customer usage, the customer may be subject to additional fees and may be offered an alternate LLD plan. Taxes, fees and other charges, including the universal service fund apply.
