Digital Phone customers should also note that if you move your digital phone client/adapter, 911 operators will not be able to accurately identify the change of address unless you establish new Digital Phone service at the new address. Digital Phone customers will be required to sign an E911/Emergency Services Limitations Acknowledgement. Because Lexcom does not install, support, or service security/alarm systems, we recommend you contact your system provider regarding Digital Phone Service. Please note, if your security system relies on Digital Phone service and if there is a power or network outage, service will not be available.
